It already feels like 2026 has been quite a year of Chicago's excellent Kino Disk with one quality release after another and they maintain that trend here with this superb overview of the sound they have been pioneering on the label.
Succinctly and accurately titled "American Dub Electronics" this eleven track collection provides an essential overview of the breadth and depth of electronic artists from across the pond currently pushing the dub sound in refreshing new directions.
Some of the artists here you'll recognise from previous Kino Disk releases I've stocked (such as Infant, Eustress an 8004) and they appear alongside a wealth of new musical talent who are totally new discoveries for me. And as with all releases on the label the quality throughout remains exceptional.
