International Orders

Although I'm based in the UK I offer a range of worldwide shipping options that mean wherever you are in the world you can still get your hands on some Dubwise Vinyl.

Once you've entered your shipping address at checkout you will be given the shipping options available alongside an estimate on delivery times, whether they include tracking and also what level of insurance they come with. If there is a problem and the package goes missing or is damaged in the post I can only reimburse you to the maximum level provided by the postal insurance so it's important you choose the shipping option that suits you best and covers the total value of your order if this is something that's important to you.

Please also note that the prices quoted on the site (for both records and shipping) do not include any import taxes or additional charges that may be applied when your parcel enters your country. You will need to check what the current rules are on this for your country as it varies. Unfortunately since Brexit most parcels now entering the EU from the UK are subject to additional charges. This is really annoying but unfortunately not something I have any control over (one of the many reasons why I was not in favour of Brexit...) so please check with your local postal service to get the details on this.

On a more positive note as a UK VAT registered business I do not need to charge VAT tax (currently 20%) on international orders so this means if you are an international customer you will be buying your records for less than if you were a UK customer. Hopefully goes someway to compensate for any additional taxes you may be charged when your oder reaches your country. All prices quoted on the site for international customers already have the VAT removed.
