Fantastic collection of industrial edged post-punk dubs from Paris based Shelter, whose name you may recognise from the other amazing releases I've stocked of his in the past. Here he works his dubwise mixing desk magic on tracks selected from Orion’s previous ‘Music Workshop’ releases to create a pleasingly varied selection of dubs that range from atmospheric dark ambient groove of "Childrens Of Gazar Sodet" to sleazy death disco chug of "Haynes Flu", all infused with a healthy DIY post-punk ethos of experimentalism.
Whilst taking inspiration from the On-Sound tradition the approach here is very much progressive pushing the sound forward into refreshing new sonic territories that sits alongside other contemporary practitioners in the area such as Holy Tongue and STA.
Very limited vinyl release. Not many of these around...
