The much anticipated dub companion to last year's outstanding "Dimension of the Drums" LP from Nat Birchall.
Those of you who are aware of Nat's previous explorations into dub will know we're in for a real treat here that embraces the classic analogue 70's Jamaican dubbing techniques pioneered by dubwise forefathers such as King Tubby and Errol Thompson.
Also what's particularly exciting in this case is that the source material is heavily percussive so you get get some lovely deep and dubby drum workouts (both from live drumming Count Ossie style and also drum machines Lee Perry style).
After giving it a listen Count Ossie Meets King Tubby is what came to mind which is exactly the kind of musical partnership I think we all dream of!
