Big time Dubwise Vinyl favourite this one...
Film 2 found on the flip here was top of my Wrong Speed Bangers list for Test Pressing. When slowed down to 33rpm it takes on a new lease of life transforming into a chugging proto dub techno masterpiece that feels about 30 years ahead of its time. I certainly can't take the credit for this one though which was discovered and made famous by godfather of cosmic disco DJ Daniele Baldelli in his legendary 1982 Cosmic C75 mixtape and has gone on to be one of the the greatest examples of the power of ignoring RPM etiquette.
And in case you need any more convincing Eisbar on the A-side is in my opinion one of the finest examples of dancefloor friendly post-punk in existence and the sleeve is one of the best examples of minimalist graphic design you're likely to feast your eyes on.
In summary you'd have to be mad not to own this record.
