Cousin | Wake The Town LP

I've been an admirer of Sydney based Cousin's musical output for some time so was excited to see the arrival of this debut long player and I'm glad to report it's totally surpassed my expectations.

Whilst maybe most closely aligning with the dub techno genre there's a pleasing variety of sounds and textures here that that take their influences in equal measures from dub, techno and ambient resulting is an absorbing and darkly compelling listening journey you can happily loose yourself in.
