Packed to the brim with some of his finest rhymes and most tripped out mixing desk magic it's a mixture of dubs and vocal cuts including the sublime "Bird In Hand" featuring Sam Carty alongside plenty of action on the mic from the great man himself which gives the whole record a lovely psychedelic soulful groove.
