Heavyweight 12" packing some serious roots dynamite from Niney The Observer who acts as both the artist and producer on these two sort after cuts.
Up top we have Confusion In A Babylon (a.k.a. Mutiny) which is a thunderous roots stepper consisting of a rhythm recorded at Channel One, vocals recorded at the Black Ark and then final mix down and dub courtesy of Scientist back at Channel One. Which probably helps explain why it's such a banger!
Then flip it over for "Jah Fire" with Niney delivering a righteous message over a pleasingly funky rhythm courtesy of Soul Syndicate with the Heptones on backing vocals. Another stone cold killer.
Both cuts delivered in extended 12" format alongside two superb dubs.
Essential late 70's roots business.
