Just landed from DKR over in NYC!
First time on 12" for these three under the radar gems from the Wackies vaults. A-side is home to two previously compilation only cuts. Stranger Cole's beautifully deep "Capture Land" followed by Wanachi's ace funky and dubby instrumental rework of Azul's "Black Rose" that gets transformed into "Black Root"
Then the real surprise treat for me is hidden away on on the B-side... An insanely brilliant piece of previously unreleased acoustic reggae from Moon Dread. Acoustic reggae is a rare and beautiful thing - there's not much of it around but when I do stumble across it it frequently blows my mind and this tune defintely falls into that category. Amazing!
DKR come up trumps again!
