Very happy indeed to see this one back on the streets as it's been on my wants list for a while but for one reason or another it's one of those records that has always eluded me. Super tuff collection of Scientist dubs dating back to 1982 recorded at Channel One with the Roots Radics at the height of their powers.
Be warned there are some seriously weighty sound system ready dubs to be found here with Scientist working his dubwise magic on early 80's killers like Frankie Paul's "Worries In The Dance" which he transforms into the monumental "Bedtime Rock" that kicks off proceedings in fine style.
The whole thing is a really great showcase for the talents of the Radics rhythm section with Scientist's mixing desk expertise really highlighting the immense power of Flabba Holt's seismic bass and Style Scotts' crisp thunderous drums.
