Maybe no surprise that my interest was initially caught by the murderous rework of Jammy's all conquering Sleng Teng that lies on the flip here. Jeez this one's a monster! Love the way the layers of militant percussion just keep subtly building around that mega bassline. An exercise in minimalist restraint to cause maximum dancefloor destruction.
"Sirens Steppa" on the other side is also not to be messed with either. Tuff stripped back dubwise steppers techno from the depths of the echo chamber with a bassline that can do some serious structural damage.
