Another super rare gem reissued here by TRS out of France.
Knock out 80s UK digi killer business straight outta Ipswich (the original home of Dubwise Vinyl when it was an actual shop) featuring the vocal talents of Ira Jones from local reggae heroes Jah Warriors.
Here Ira delivers a dextrous soulful vocal performance on A-side cut "Kettle Wire" which has been near on impossible to find before this reissue arrived whilst Courtney Malik takes control of the B-side with the previously unreleased quick fire deejay cut "Dancing Spirit".
The rhythm on this one is an absolute beauty - bass heavy but also floaty with spacey synths and an irresistible melody guaranteed get your feet moving. You also get two dubs both of which work a treat as stand alone pieces of dancefloor friendly digi-dub.
All round top record so no surprise really that this reissue is so much in demand and increasingly difficult to get your hands on. Cool centre label too built around a map of central Ipswich.
