The vinyl gods have answered our prayers! Or more specifically Glasgow's excellent Numbers label have by pressing up onto vinyl for the very first time this masterpiece that was originally released on CD only back in 1999 via Mark Ernestus and Moritz von Oswald’s label legendary Chain Reaction label.
And I do not use the word masterpiece lightly. Whilst falling broadly within the dub techno genre this twelve track sonic odyssey brings in influences only from the worlds of dub and techno but also ambient and industrial which alongside exquisite sound design weaves an intense psychedelic journey that at times feels dense and claustrophobic like the album's title and at others expansive and weightless.
A true timeless classic that feels as compellingly otherworldly as it did when it was released over 25 years ago.
