Fantastic collection of post-punk inspired dubs from acid house hero Justin Robertson that not only draws on influences from Justin's expertise in the realm of dance music but also adds in a very welcome and heavy dose of psychedelia into the mix too.
The result is refreshing and compelling set of dubs that captures of the heavy bass lines and DIY experimentalism of the golden era of dubwise post punk pioneered by the likes of On-U Sound and Jah Wobble presented with a contemporary twist that puts it on a footing with the likes of Hill Tongue, Froid Dub and that recent excellent Exotic Gardens LP.
Great record - well worth checking out!
