An inspired double header reissue here from the excellent 333 label that pairs up two of the choicest cuts from Devon's Russel's sort after LP of Curtis Mayfield covers and presses them up on one very tasty 45.
Both tunes don't really need much for introduction - timeless floor filler "Move On Up" on the A-side and the heartbreakingly beautiful "Darker Than Blue" on the flip.
This is the first time that both of these have appeared on a 7" together.
I don't imagine this one will ever leave my 45s box.
