You may remember that wicked Dub Acid 12" I had earlier in the year from Osaka's Akio Nagase who has actually been making dub inspired dance music since the early 2000's including this landmark LP which came out as a CD only release in 2003 and is now finally making its appearance on vinyl thanks to this reissue.
And what a record it is...
Delivering eight tracks which have been helpfully and generously spaced on across two slabs of vinyl it's a fairly even between split between wonky dancefloor ready electronic dub and some lovely super deep and dubwise house. It really is a case of all killer no filler on this one and you can just feel the quality of the production that runs throughout the whole record making it sound as fresh today as it did when it was first released nearly 25 years ago.
A lasting testament to the happy musical marriage between dub and dance music.
